Author Guidelines

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

General notes

'Geography and tourism' is a journal which accepts papers that have not been published before. We accept articles written in correct English. Each article will be reviewed prior to printing.

Guidelines for authors when formatting an article:
• font - 12 points, Times New Roman
• line spacing - 1.5
• margins - 2.5 cm each
• indented paragraphs - max. 1.25
• the text should be aligned on both sides, do not divide words
• the article should be divided into parts (as in the template)
• all drawings and tables must be cited in the text and numbered in the order in which they appear in the text
• drawings, photographs and charts should be prepared in such a way that they can be read in black and white
• drawings and photos should be placed in the text and sent as separate files saved in JPG or TiFF format at 300 dpi, and in the case of drawings and photos containing many details - 600 dpi
• charts and diagrams made in Corel Draw, ArcGis or Excel should be attached as separate source files saved in a given program
• drawings, photographs and tables should not go beyond the margins
• the maximum volume of the article should not exceed 15 pages (including abstract, figures, tables, photographs, list of references)
• the article should be sent in the Word version
• together with the article should be sent scans of statements for the author, signed by each of the authors
• each of the authors should provide their ORCID number
