Open Access Policy

"Legal Dogmatics" follows an open access policy. All articles published in the journal are freely available online immediately upon publication, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers. The journal promotes the principles of open science and aims to ensure broad dissemination of scholarly knowledge.

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right to publish their work under the terms of open access. Works published in "Legal Dogmatics" are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution license (version 4.0 or later, CC BY 4.0 or newer).
