Dachtera - a typical intelligentsia family from the interwar period

Abstract

The history of the Dachtera family is characterized by single ideological and ideological formation which prevailed in the interwar period in Bydgoszcz. It was based on family formed in the Christian spirit, but also on diligence and reliability ascribed to the region of Wielkopolska. An important role was played by patriotism. This family has continued to cherish these values to this day, commemorating its notable descendants, especially Bl. Francis Dachtera. It is still distinguished by focus on family life, clinging to traditional values and a high level of education.
