After a break that resulted from the conflict between Yugoslavia and the Cominform states, from the second half of the 1950s, the Polish-Yugoslav relations were also rebuilt. The visits of the most important politicians in the light of the camera flashes from both sides were disrupted by the global and internal nature of the events. Therefore, to better understand the nature of these events, a document written by the Yugoslav ambassador to the People’s Republic of Poland, Arso Milatovic, will be presented. Its content analyzes the internal situation in Poland in the 1960s. The report is deposited in the special collections of Konstantin “Koča” Popović and Leposava “Lepa” Perović in the Historical Archives of Belgrade. It has not been published so far, nor has it been analyzed by authors dealing with this subject.
