Mission and Objectives of the Journal
The mission of the Journal "Legal Dogmatics" is to present scientific achievements and disseminate the results of research in the broadly understood sphere of legal sciences. It provides a space for scholarly discourse and the acquisition of new knowledge in areas relevant to the development of legal science.
The objectives of the Journal Dogmatic of Law include:
- Ensuring open access to the results of scientific research, thereby enabling authors to participate in the international and national process of knowledge exchange and scientific circulation.
- Creating a platform for the exchange and clash of views among representatives of legal science, integration of the legal community, and raising the level of legal culture.
- Providing inspiration and knowledge for scientists, as well as for representatives of law enforcement agencies and legal practitioners.
Scope of the Journal
The Journal Legal Dogmatics publishes original scientific papers characterized by high cognitive value. These may take the form of scientific articles as well as commentaries on decisions of law-applying bodies.
The thematic scope of the journal encompasses a broad range of branches and fields of law, particularly constitutional law, widely understood civil law and civil procedure (like family and guardianship law, intellectual property law, new technologies law, commercial law), criminal law and criminal procedure, administrative law and administrative procedure, public international law, European Union law, private international law, financial law, public economic law, environmental law, labor law or sports law.
Materials on the theory of state and law, history of state and law, economic analysis of law and sociology of law are also published.
The Journal Legal Dogmatics includes Varia, such as review articles and reports from scientific conferences. Texts published in the journal may include, in particular, dogmatic analysis of current legal regulations, presentation of the results of scientific research (including empirical research on legislation or law enforcement), forecasts for the development of specific legal fields, legal analyses and assessments of social phenomena.
