Guidelines for Authors
1. Heteroglossia publishes articles in Polish, English, German, French, and Russian. Authors bear responsibility for the correctness and quality of all foreign-language elements included in the text.
2. We only accept texts that have not previously been published, including online publication.
3. Submitted texts undergo an initial editorial screening and are subsequently sent anonymously to reviewers.
4. Authors are required to submit articles electronically (DOC or DOCX format) to the following e-mail address: heteroglossia@ukw.edu.pl
5. When preparing an article, authors should follow the current editorial guidelines available in the section Text Preparation Guidelines.
6. Submission of a text to the Editorial Office constitutes a declaration by the author that the work is original and that they hold full rights to its publication.
7. All submitted materials are subject to verification using anti-plagiarism software.
8. The Editorial Office reserves the right to introduce linguistic, stylistic, and editorial corrections in order to adapt the text to academic publishing standards. Where substantial changes are necessary, they shall be agreed upon with the author. In debateable cases, the final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
9. The Editorial Office reserves the right to select texts for publication.
10. Texts are accepted on an on-going basis; publication follows the order of submission.
