Abstract

The interactions between students and teachers have an influence on students social competence, their school achievements, school atmosphere and safety. Nevertheless, most importantly they determine the effectiveness of educational processes. In view of that the question how teachers and students perceive mutual interactions seem to be so relevant? The qualitative research, which employed the projecting method and the sentence completion, attempted to recognize the method of defining mutual interactions between educational subjects. The results allowed to describe the interactions of students and teachers, focusing on its normative and teleological aspect.
