The Horror-management is considered as technology of the hidden sociopolitical management by youth in modern conditions. Analyzed the number, content, nature and the effects of negative information on the Internet on the younger generation. At the same management of horror in the Internet space in modern conditions is based on a particular system of ideas, values and ideals. Include legal protection characteristics ofyoung Russians from harmful content.
