Abstract

The current challenge is to explore and optimise computational measures of burnout to objectively determine the best way to calculate job satisfaction, job burnout and predictors of intention to quit across occupational groups. The aim of the research presented in this article was to review studies in the field of computational determination of the relationship between the experience of stress at work and the occurrence of symptoms of professional burnout.
