Abstract

Currently, the most chosen technology for mobile Internet access is LTE. It guarantees achieve high data rates at relatively low cost use. This paper analyzes the use of LTE technology for the monitoring of public transport vehicles in addition to providing voice communication and access to the video image transmitted from the vehicle. As a part of the design verification some tests were performed.
These tests were data transmission speed and network signal strength. The results provide requirements for the verification of the assumptions of the project, which has been made in the summary..
