Quality evaluation methods of a sound in Voice over IP telephony

Voice quality measurement algorithms could work with or without reference signal. They have different needs for CPU
performance and data memory. This needs could disturb possibility of using algorithms in real VoIP network. This paper contains descriptions of quality measurement algorithms in case of using its in VoIP networks.
