Customer relationship management system for small businesses

The purpose of the paper, is to create a customer relationship management system for small businesses, which is a platform that will improve the relationship between the customer and the company. In the thesis, the author reviews and analyzes the functionalities of existing applications that are also customer relationship management systems, and justifies the choice of programming languages and technologies used to create the application. The author also argues the choice of target functionalities and creates the design of the application. The thesis is concluded by indicating the possibilities of further development of the application and the author's final conclusions.
