Visionary points of view at human labour from the end of the 20th century stop to raise theorists and practicians interests. Thesis of „dying human labour” stops to shock. More reliable analysis and real description of contemporaneity human labour are accented in the researches and in the praxeological attitudes. But in the social-humanistic sciences more significant reference system for, mentioned above, analysis is Tadeusz W. Nowacki’s definition (mentioned and interpreter also in this study). Actual situation in career in Poland is complicated and difficult. The changes are necessary, but carrying out in the broad understanding context of civilization changes.
