New pedagogical competence of social workers a challenge to changes of the modern world

Abstract

Education is the area in the life of man, who not only needs development, but he alone in his complexity „manages” multiple personality structures, contributing to his development. This improvement concerns particularly social workers and is reflected in the necessary pedagogical competence with respect to their interdisciplinarity, given the dynamics of contemporary social policy in the constellation of globalization changes.
