Personal and social competences of technical secondary school students in the context of employers

The article presents the employers’ expectations for employees in the context of desirable competences, as well as forecasts of professions in short supply on the labour market. Personal and social competences of students of schools providing vocational education (on the example of IT technician and hotel technician professions) are approximated. It presents the opinion of teachers of vocational subjects on the characteristics that they would like to equip students for further professional careers.
