Abstract

In the following paper, one touched the subject of the notion of professional career. Up to a point, one produced a strictly theoretic section, and then an empiric one, both of which raise the matter concerning the functioning of a contemporary worker in terms of certain conditions created by employing establishments in favour of their development. The key concept of the above, which has been aforementioned, is the level of one’s job satisfaction and one’s feeling of realization of one’s career.
