Based on the results of my own research, the article depicts educational and vocational as well as employment plans of vocational school students. The analysis of the gathered materials shows that the majority of respondents are going to continue studying after they have finished school. Vocational school students are generally going to start secondary school for adults and young people finishing secondary technical school are opting for college. Most respondents are going to continue studying and take up employment simultaneously. The majority of young people, however, do not know what job they will apply for.
