Model of a human as a reference to describe the research subject of humanistic labour pedagogy

Abstract

With reference to the discussions in Poland over the directions of the development of pedagogy as the system of scientific disciplines, I present the assumptions of the integral model of a human. I present a catalogue of constitutive properties. Assuming the proposed model changes the entire system of the issues of contemporary pedagogy. It shall constitute a function of the paradigm of humanistic labour pedagogy. As a consequence, this is necessary to reinterprete the viewpoint of the subject of research on labour pedagogy and its methodology.
