Abstract

The article stresses the opinion that applying of the competence and business paradigm is the guarantor of educational services for today’s socio-economic needs. Vocational education is based on the practical training of personal, professional, social, and modern technology competencies of an employee being intelligent and ready for effective cooperation. Using acquired competencies in real working conditions prospective employee is mobile and flexible, motivated to work, aimed at analysis, design, results and summation of work, ready to carry on professional development and professionally oriented educational process according to the requirements of the labor marketand in the context of the individual employee development.
